Warranty in the true sense

In our opinion, a warranty takes on real meaning when it has three characteristics. The first characteristic is that the item being under warranty must be of the best quality so that the probability of its failure reaches zero. Because if someone provide warranty for a poor-quality item, in fact, they are providing the warranty to compensate for the poor quality of the item, and this is not a real warranty. The second characteristic of a real warranty is the speed of warranty services. It should not take more than a few days. The third characteristic is that the customer should be included in the warranty services. If the customer is not at fault and the item has a defect, he/she should be included in the warranty services. Otherwise, a warranty that is only called a warranty and no one is included is not a warranty. We have tried to always observe these three points and we leave the judgment in this matter to you; the honorable customers.

Warranty validity conditions

When installing and using products, there are safety precautions that must be followed to prevent damage to the products and to significantly extend their lifespan. Below are the terms and conditions of Smart Irrigation™ warranties.

N1. Damage, breakage, burns, abnormal temperature conditions, use in unauthorized conditions, or use of irrigation products with liquids other than normal water will void the warranty.

N2. watering timers should be used within the city water pressure range and electric valves within the recommended water pressure range. Using old, non-automatic water booster pumps will void the warranty.

N3. watering timers should be used with recommended batteries and irrigation controllers with the permitted electrical voltage and with the wires connected correctly.

N4. In cold regions, please disconnect the watering timer from the tap and keep it indoors during frost (temperatures below zero).

N5. All waterproof timers and controllers do not require protection from rain. However, it is recommended that we do not neglect to install a protection over them (against continuous sunlight and rain) to significantly increase their lifespan.

N6. The inlet of the watering timers has an internal gasket. So remember, we don’t need to use Teflon tape to install the inlet. We don’t even need a wrench. We have to turn it by hand. Of course, if you feel it is necessary, a small amount of Teflon tape is not a problem.

N7. When installing watering timers or electric valves, please pay attention to the inlets and outlets so that you do not install them incorrectly.

If you notice any defects or problems with any of the products under warranty, please first call 0505950374. In most cases, the problem can be resolved with the guidance of a support expert. However, if the problem is not resolved, you will need to send the product to us.

Warranty service duration

After receiving the product under warranty, it is immediately tested and inspected by our expert and if the problem is confirmed, a new and sealed product will be sent to the customer within 24 to 48 business hours to replace the defective product. If the product problem is minor, the problem will be repaired immediately and the healthy product will be sent after the final test.
